Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are given priority and will be processed as quickly as possible. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the Returns Form on our Returns Page before sending your items back.
Please note: we cannot accept returned items that are not in perfect condition, or that are missing their original labels and tags. If an item has been worn, used, or damaged, refunds will only be granted at our discretion. We kindly advise all customers to carefully check their items upon delivery before removing tags or disposing of packaging.
If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail, and we will make arrangements for you to return the item to us. Upon receipt, we will examine the item to see if it is faulty or damaged. We may, as we think appropriate, either issue a credit for the item, repair it (subject to availability), or send you a replacement.
